About Us

KPP Language Services is a young, innovative, and updated company which was born after an extensive research of the language market in the world. We all know that language plays a vital role in communication and that communication issues is one of the main reasons why people break up, employees leave jobs, people do not close business deals, among some other things. It is also a fact that working and studying remotely facilitates and accommodates the needs of the general public. The whole world has been turning towards it and KPP is ready to assist you with your language needs.

My name is Karla Patricia Paiva and I am the founder of KPP Language Services. I bring all my languages and communications professional expertise of almost 40 years to my business. Despite being born in Brazil, today, I have a journey of almost 40 years with the English language and more than 25 with education, teaching, and language advisory. I have been working as a language teacher since 1995. I hold a Cambridge CELTA certification, from the University of Cambridge, a University of Oregon teaching certification, a Diploma in Educational Psychology, have taken several teaching, psychology, pedagogy, communication, long-distance communication and teaching courses, lived and taught abroad, and I am currently a graduate student of Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul, where I am pursuing a major in English and Portuguese languages. Among the students I have taught are children, teenagers, and adults of all levels. I have also prepared students for the TOEFL exam and have been providing translation, interpretation, transcription, subtitling, linguistic business consulting and advisory, and voiceover services in 3 languages along with all the teaching and teacher training I do. I am more than happy to be able to help fantastic professionals and businesses, English and Portuguese learners achieve their highest level of performance and language learning abilities, share my knowledge with language teachers on training courses, as well as perform services of translation, interpretation, transcription, subtitling, and lend my voice to awesome projects as a voiceover artist.
